At the beginning and end of the school year I like to see how much my kids have grown......so here are the end of the school year measurements:
Jaycee
Height: 44 inches (+1inch) Weight: 43.2 (+5 lbs)
Sissy
Height: 43 inches (+.5 inch) Weight 43.2 (+5 lbs)
JoJo
Height 32.5 inches (+2.5 inch) Weight 31 (+4.2 lbs)
Baby Watts
Arrival date December!!!!!
Hooray! The baby and I managed to survive a first trimester. It wasn't easy........I have been the sickest I have ever felt in my life and struggled every day. It also gave me mental comfort that things were going okay with this one, so it was a bitter-sweet super sickness. I have once again managed to put on the 1st tri-10 lbs and I am no longer able to hide my bump. I do have to give a shout out to my mom and especially my sister Stephanie for letting me take many naps and taking care of my kids while I died on the couch......DAILY.
You know it is funny, with all my sisters having babies, I seem to always be in the running with one of them. So my sister Nickole and I are only two short weeks apart and plan on being very chubby over the holidays and taking a very sleepless maternity leave together! Cheers to chubbiness (oh, yes for the last time :) Our little family will be complete and will most likely have a whole cheer squad when all said and done. Statistic wise, after having 3 kids the same sex.......we'll have less than 3% chance of a boy.....but we knew that going into this and will be super happy with our girlies!

Boise State Trip
As usual I am a couple weeks late posting! Boise was super fun and the boys ended up finishing 2nd place. It was a good year and they did well. It was also exciting to be able to spend time with my sister Katie and her family. There were 4 cute baby kittens running around her house and my children carried them in blankets like little babies most of the time we were at her house. Honestly, I don't know how the kittens survived our stay!
Any chance the girls were able to ride the bus with dad, they did! I also was able to use it against them if they were being naughty! The weather was TERRIBLE. I think that snow plows out in May in Boise has to set some kind of record :)

So as much as this little one loves her mama.........she is a daddy's girl through and through. SHE is HIS biggest fan! A wart on his bum at ALL times. I must say that her daddy doesn't mind a bit and is actually pretty proud of his little fan.

I have the girls' end of the year stats. I will post that in the next couple of weeks. I must say this first though, it is apparent that all my children are predicted to be at least 5 inches taller than me. WEIRD RIGHT?

Happy Mommy Day

Hooray my favorite day! This is the day my husband spoils me rotten all day long and I get the most I love you's from my babies. It starts out with sleeping in, breakfast in bed, showered with gifts, not cleaning my house, going to the movie with my sisters and momma, and last some family platters from Carino's. And to top it off my poor husband, Aynslee, and Sicilee have this aweful cough and super snotty noses. So for him to still spoil me makes me smile even bigger:)
Jaycee had her end of the year program and then they handed us mother's day gifts with a hand made card. Never laughed so hard in my life. I think I am going to frame it. It went a little something like this:
My mother is 27 years old (yeah right) and weighs 78 pounds(like in the 5th grade). Her favorite thing to do is "hang out with me" (meaning Jayc herself) and her favorite food is chicken wings (I think she thought this cuz I work at Wingers). Laughed for a good 20 minutes and it is posted on the fridge.
And on a super good note my sister Nickole who has battled cervical cancer after having Roman has been desperately trying to have another baby for at least a year and a half has just announced that she is expecting in January!!!!! What a fabulous day!

Double Trouble!
Jaycee is hating the terrible weather we are having and complains everyday as she is looking out the window.
Sicilee is loving life and wants to play with the neighborhood friends hourly. She is turning into my social bug. On Sundays I line out the girls' clothes for the week and she ALWAYS has to check to make sure they are cute enough!
Aynslee's new word of the day that she says all day long is oooookkkkkaaayyy. It is the cutest thing ever. Instead of "no" she shrugs her shoulders and says okay. Still a biter (aka sharp tooth) and is very mean. She definately holds her own to standing up to her sisters. I put her in a toddler bed and that lasted about a week then back to the crib she went cuz she wouldn't stay in it. It would be like midnight and she still would be poking her head around my bedroom corner with a huge grin on her chubby little face. I love the stage she is in with her growing vocabulary and some serious independence. At the baseball game the other day her shoe fell off and I went to put it back on and she threw the BIGGEST temper tantrum because she wanted to put it on herself!!! Parents were laughing cuz the tantrum was so bad. Sure do love this lil' stink bug:)
I have stopped calling myself the widowed wife and now have named myself the single mom. I think that sacrifice of time spent between couples is usually first so I have gotten use to scheduling date nights to see my husband.......it is taking care of the kids by myself 24/7 that is the hard part. I am use to so much help from him and so that is the stress I carry. They love to go to the ball park to support dad and his boys and they are being so well behaved lately:)
The Bees are off to a great start...... 10:3 is their record. Joldy is such a good coach and I like to see the boys look up to him in so many ways. He is so knowledgable about the game, I am proud of his dedication to the team.

2 Steps forward...1 Step back
Parenting breakthrough:
I have discovered this new way to have the girls help around the house, to not fight as much, and only getting toys when they EARN it.......basically we are still conquering discipline. This technique seems to be slam dunk so far!?! My idea was very basic. First I got 2 medium sized candle holders and put each of the girls name on them. Got a basket and filled it full of gum balls, then put it between them. Every time they are good, polite, snuggly, or help around the house they earn a gumball. Every time they are naughty, fight, bite, pinch, throw tantrums, whine when they don't get their way, or talk back......I take one out. At one point Jaycee shoved Sissy and I dumped ALL of her gumballs into Sicilee's. Needless to say, she hasn't done it since. If at the end of every month they have at least 30, then we go shopping for a toy or treat.
I have seen the most improvement in my Jaycers. When she gets bored she just says "okay mom, what can I do to earn a gumball?" I get super good helpers with EVERYTHING around the house now....dishes, laundary, cleaning rooms, washing mirrors, toy room organized, and a lot less snapping back at mom with sassy ATTITUDE. Whew, life just got a little easier at the Watts home(just in time to be a widowed baseball wife).
Sissy gets bored with it every once in a while and will say "Naah, I don't want a gumball today Jayc will you do the dishes?" Mostly she doesn't want to break a nail (seriously) doing anything too hard.
1 STEP BACK:
We actually brought a little souvenier back from Hawaii......and lost it at 6 weeks recently and I was able to pass it on my own. After the first miscarriage I never could understand why women kept this such a secret, this is typically one of the hardest times for a woman and for some reason it is not shared. After the latest second one I figured out that for me it makes me feel like a failure as a "woman". With that said..let me explain. First of all it wasn't near as traumatizing as the first mostly because I wasn't so far along, but my first question for the doc was "WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME" she said "absolutely nothing" I didn't think that after 3 kids that my uterus could just ly down and quit! Statistic wise....1 in 5 pregnancies fail. Sometimes women don't even know because it seems like a bad monthly cycle. She clearly explained that I am just on a streak of bad luck to have it happen 2x in a row......knowinig that I had 3 healthy and normal pregnancies. STREAK OF BAD LUCK....wait haven't I blogged many times and warned my husband when we got married that I am bad luck?? So I have accepted the bad luck thing and moving on. It is a bump in the road and I have 3 beautiful babies to tend to so I have chosen to not be so down about it.
I do feel there is one more to complete our family......I guess it is just going to be a trial for us and I will learn patience on getting one more here. I told my husband that they were both probably boys and my body doesn't know how to carry them:) ...........................(a little inside humor!)

Half-time Jazz Performance
Jaycee had her big performance this last weekend! Nickole, Danny, Roman, and our good family friend Nic met us there. We stayed in Park City and got some serious shopping done! The girls are weeds and I am trying to get ahead for summer and next school year. It was a fun and fabulous weekend and Jayc did so good smiling and shaking her stuff in front of such a HUGE crowd:) It was even a close and very good game! We had some much needed hot dogs at the game which just gears us up for the season of baseball that has crept up on us ever so quickly.
Jaycee keeps asking me when spring is going to get here....you know mom when the ground hog sees his little shadow thing.....she says EVERYDAY.
Jaycee has also lost her first tooth on her own (we don't include the one that had to be pulled because of sugar bugs)......okay not on her own but she let me just pull it out! Really it was just hanging on by a thread and she didn't even know I got it out. Tooth Fairy questions arise about every hour...but it is expected from such a smarty pants 6 year-old.

Livin Life
I have learned that even during baseball "off-season" life still is going in the fast lane. Learning to be more organized day by day......yet raising three sassy girls, running a restaraunt, being a taxi cab between school and cheer, and supporting the baseball boys through basketball season has kept me more than occupied! Joldy does lessons on the side and refs.....and he is booked and having to turn away lessons!! I love that he is able to teach what he knows about the game.
On another note.....CHILD UPDATE!
Jaycee: Loving cheerleading and performances and competitions are keeping us on our toes. Has an extremely loose tooth that she refuses to pull out (yes it is black now). Has my "early mother traits" thinks that she is the mom and will just get the kids out of bed at fix them breakfast, change diapers, and do the dishes. Most of you would say YAY a helper but her independence has been taken to a new scary level. Jayc is Aynslee's best friend! Aynslee does NOT get along with Sicilee......they fight, push, kick, BITE, scratch, and pull eachothers hair on an hourly basis. She is waking up with some serious growing pains at night. Aynslee has a new sleeping buddy....Jaycers! If Aynslee randomly wakes up at night (STILL teething) then I put her in bed with Jayc and she goes right back to sleep. Won't snuggle with me but seems to LOVE Jayc. School is going good...every parent conference she doesn't have much to say except she is her top student. No surprises there.
Sicilee: Has now voiced her new interest in doing cheer next year....working on cart wheels (not doing so hot). Changes her clothes at least 5x a day mimimum! Does not want long hair like Jaycee and asks me to cut it every month to keep it short. Pre-school readiness has brought her some new friends that she just can't wait to go back to school and see. My biggest tattle-tail! Still keeping up with Jayc in size (school clothes are still really easy) Has a very quiet, sassy, sneaky attitude and nothing is ever her fault. Has some serious bite marks from Aynslee (99% of the time she deserves it). Still by litte snuggle buddy and will find me at night to at least snuggle for 5 minutes. Loves jewelery (earring, rings, neckalaces, braclets) she must wear one of each every day to school.
Aynslee: AKA "sharp tooth". She has teeth and seems to think she needs to use them on people. Sometimes for no reason at all. YIKES! WATCH OUT! Hugs are scarce....I am AFRAID! The absolute most ATTUTUDE of all three girls combined. Not really looking forward to PMS days at my house. Still a tank.....feet still too fat to fit in most shoes. New favorite, pointing to someone and saying "no, no." I have never met such a little monkey. This child can climb and get on ANYTHING. Most of the time I find her on my kitchen counter in the medicine cabinet! Fits have gone to a whole new level....arching of the back, screaming, kicking, pinching my face, you name and she does it. I sure do love her though:) Must kiss and hug the girls at night and brush her teeth with them. She likes to only play what the older girls are playing....okay let me rephrase "RUIN" anything they are playing. She is a complete bully and does not take any crap from anyone!!
Going to work is definately a break, being a mommy is the hardest job ever. Also the most rewarding:) I sure do love all my sassy little girlies. They can make me laugh just as much as they stress me out. One day I will be able to look back, wipe my forehead, and say WHEW.....I accomplished the hardest task in life. RAISING CHILDREN

I Got Lei'd for my 28th Birthday!!!
It's TRUE! My husband and I went to Hawaii with my sister Nickole and her husband and just happened to be there for my birthday. It was absolutely amazing and everything everyone said it would be! We were able to do so many activities such as kayaking, parasailing, snorkeling, whale-watching, going to a luau, sunsets on the beach, and touring Peal Harbor. The time change really got us (3 hours difference) and it took Aynslee about half a day to actually forgive me when we got back. We left for a week and by day 3 she was lost, quiet, and sad. Now she doesn't leave my arms.......I am totally okay with that. I have never left my children for longer than a weekend and as much as I LOVED our vacation it was hard to leave my kids. I must do a shout out to all the people who helped me out and taxied my kids around. Most of all my wonderful mother (who always changes her schedule to help me out), my sister Stepanie, Mindy, Brindy, and the cheer moms! The vacation was much needed now that baseball season is coming up and I will then be a widowed wife.
