She's here! A little early..........

Our little angel wanted her own birthday and for it not to be around Christmas! Miss Lainee Rose Watts born Wednesday November 24th at 10:40 a.m. weighing in at 5 lbs 7 oz and 18 inches long. Definitely our little runt! Being 5 weeks early she has been in the nurses care until she is strong enough to eat without help. Her lungs are doing great and she is breathing on her own. I chose to not show pics yet cuz she has a lot of cords and tubes, but she is BEAUTIFUL! Here is our story:

Tuesday I chose not to go to work due to road conditions, yet for some reason I felt really good. I got this crazy I need to get ready for the baby bug and got her car seat and diaper bag all ready. Then it didn't stop there.......I didn't stop nesting the rest of the day! I drove my husband nuts! I even went and got some blanket material to match her take home outfit, but didn't get around to make it. At 6 am I felt like I peed my pants so I got up, went to the bathroom.........nothing else. Changed my pants and went to crawl back in bed when I felt more water, I woke up my husband and said " I think I am leaking fluid but it is way too early". I got the one eye open thing and a huh? Then the rest of my water broke, and I started crying cuz I knew it was too early and was worried for the baby. I called my mom to come be with my kids and we headed for the hospital. Everything happened so fast from that point on. They checked me and I was dilated to a 3 but she was breech.......ultrasound showed feet in the birth canal. Doc was called and he did another ultrasound to confirm and then did the most painful thing that I have ever experienced........tried to turn her himself. Mission not accomplished......c-section was then performed less then an hour later. I actually felt a little guilty for not going through labor pains. She cried right away which made me cry...mostly in relief. They quickly showed her to me over the sheet and then I didn't get to see her for a long time. Joldy did though...FYI... my poor husband who doesn't do well during these situations was white and barely said 2 words the whole time! She is tough and is progressing, she just got put on a bili-blanket for jaundice so she will have to stay a few more days. I have never left the hospital without my baby so this is going to be hard. When they take the IV out of her little head I will post some pics....she is the first child to not look so much like her daddy and a little more like her momma :)

Disney Land and 1st Cheer Competition

The Watts family has been super busy having too much fun the last couple of weeks! It was exhausting but well worth it of course. I definately wouldn't recommend going on a "walking" vacation at 34 weeks preggers though :) Although, I didn't gain any weight, the contractions were so consistent that she settled herself right down where she should which made it so I can breathe finally, and I was so tired by the end of the day that I slept so good. Some pros and cons I guess.

We took Nickole and her husband for their first visit (she was 32 weeks preggers) so we waddled behind everyone together. Their son is obsessed with buzz.....and he was the first character we saw!!! Joldy and Dan got to ride all the adult rides together and were bigger kids than our own :)

Aynslee was my typical 2 year old and yes the fits were there every day, but she was such a trooper and woke up every morning ready to see "minnie's house". She finally took a nap in the stoller the very last day.....it was much needed.

There is a serious picture overload....sorry!

The Danny and Nickole George Family

We always hit up Goofy's Kitchen to get our family photo for the year (seriously) so here is the whole clan! After we ate we headed up to see Uncle Levi and soak up some much needed sun at the beach.

I have to admit the daddy daughter photo is priceless! She was stuck on him like glue the WHOLE trip. Everything was "daddy do it" holding her in line, bathroom breaks....you name it she wanted him and no complaints on my end :)

The girls were so funny about sand being everywhere!!!!!! Aynslee kept saying "sand in my bum, hurts" haha I sure love this little girl.

We came home with 3 bags of stuffed Disney animals that Joldy and the girls won while I shopped at the stores

We went during Christmas specifically this year, the lights and festiveness were so amazing.

After six long days in California we got back Friday just in time to unpack, do laundary, and pack back up because Jayc and Siss had their first cheer competition the next morning. I was so impressed with Sissy not being scared and smiling the whole time! I was a little worried with the whole cheer thing with her but she seems to love it as much as Jayc. Jaycee was so funny cuz she is one of the girls they lift a lot and they missed lifting her once and she was "pissed." She scowled the rest of the dance and then plopped her bum next to me after and crossed her arms and then continued to pout. I am a poor sport losing games and bets with my husband so I guess she got that from me. All in all, both of their teams took first place and no harm done with some serious scowls from Jaycers.

I love their new uniforms this year! And I love that Sissy gets to have pigtails!
Our schedule is still super crazy up until the baby comes. I have four weeks left (I have already scheduled my induction day so I can be home for Christmas....it does pay to always measure so big and to have the option to go at 39 weeks :) So with Disney Land, first competition, and Thanksgiving being this week my checklist is half done. Now I just have anniversary, 2nd cheer competition in Utah (same day as Jaycee's birthday), graduation week for work, then hooray she will be here!!!!!!
