Merry Christmas!

The girls just HAD to wait for Nickole and Danny to decorate cookies this year. Whenever aunt Nickole comes around it is like Christmas for them......so for her to stay with us for Christmas was like CHRISTMAS X2! When I mean X-mas when they come around it isn't because she buys them toys or takes them out to eat every time, but they always spend quality time with them and do activities and play dolls (yes even Danny) and do puzzles, etc. I love holidays and the chaos at my house.........mostly because my family(meaning my sisters and their families) are not drama. Suprisingly with 6 girls in one family, we have a blast and always make the best of memories. Mom always gets Joldy and I a new game and this year it is battle of the sexes so I THAT might bring a little competition to the table!

Sicilee ate WWWWWWWWWWAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYY more frosting than she put on the cookies!

Jaycee's zebra (cheerleading) snowflake that I made for her.

Aunt Halley wants a girl so bad she just loves on JoJo every time she is around her (for the record....Aynslee is not a fan of being "loved on" or "smothered" as you can tell by the look on her face)and teaches her naughty things to say and do:)

We have had a tradition in our family since we was all little.........sister gift exchange on Christmas Eve. This year mom made the rule that you had to make it...well my excuse was that I made the money to buy the gift (I am such a cheater I know). My family thinks that Halley and I rig it every year but really, I did draw her name again this year:)

Those pics wrap up Christmas Eve and now we move on to morning!

Oh, so we have also carried on my sister family tradition for our girls and they got Frog princess jammies and little Frog princess "polly pockets" as they are called at our house. All matching or fighting arises very quickly with my beautiful sassy children.

Aynslee decided she would rather suck on her candy cane than open ANY presents!

Then off to Grandma Cookies house for some dinner and more presents!

It is so funny to me how as parents we will absolutely exhaust ourselves to make Christmas just perfect in order to see how excited kids get with the anticipation of Christmas. Even though we spoil our kids rotten, if you ask Jaycee she can tell you exactly what the true meaning of Christmas is. She is getting way too smart for me and never misses a beat!

Lastly, I decided to go with blue christmas dresses this year and I must say that these two divas sure are cutie pies!

Happy Birthday Jaycee!

Jaycee celebrated her 6th birthday on the 11th and we had a super fun yet busy weekend! Jaycee had a competition on Saturday morning at 8 a.m. so we went down Friday morning hit, the opening day of Princess and the Frog, then went to the Mayan for her birthday dinner. The girls loved the fire/diving show! We got back Saturday night just in time to meet dad at the Bees basketball game. Wow......girls weekend can be exhausting yet so rewarding to be able to spend quality time with my little girlies. Jaycee did well at the competition and the team took home a 3rd place trophy. There was some tough competition there but they held their own. Did I mention how stinking cold it was all weekend???????? As Jaycee would say "it is fricken cold!"

I will love this man until the day I die and then some! He is so good to his house-full of girls. Happy Anniversary to us!

Lovin the Holidays!

I absolutely love this time of year!!!! The decorations, smells, food, cold weather (yeah I am crazy I know) and SHOPPING. My Christmas trees went up before Thanksgiving this year (First time for that) and it was probably a good thing because the fam and I caught this nasty respiratory/sinus bug and we laid low....didn't go shopping or even got out of our jammies. I actually had the worst of it cuz I let the kiddos have the humidifiers. Tis the season to get colds I guess. Kids amaze us every day! Jaycee has learned very quickly that when you sound out letters that you can read.....so the spelling thing that parents do to talk when kids are in the room is now not allowed!!

Sicilee can put together 100 piece puzzles faster than I can and is loving preschool and asks every day if it is her day to go to school. Also, she has become a great colorer who stays in the lines (actually better then Jayc). Still is randomly swearing....at Red Robin the other night she grabbed a hot fry and her response "Ow, ow, ow, hot, SHIT" Definately my child and I laughed my butt off even though I shouldn't have in front of her!! She also has this new trait that she inherited from her Grampa Lou.....she points with her middle finger......always! It drives me bonkers and I am pretty sure Carlos still does it to this day so that might be one habit that won't be broke, it's just in her blood:)

Aynslee of course expands her vocabulary daily and has this new mimicking thing. For example I belched (not burped) pretty loud and then she leaned back sticking out her belly and totally did a fake burp. She can say pretty, Jayc, Sissy, up, thank you, please, night-night, nana, grandma, and a whole lot more! She has conquered stairs (HOORAY), has been broke of the bottle since her ear infections cleared up, and takes one long nap a day! She is at her super fun stage and we are eating it up. Her new fav.......coloring with the girls!!! All are growing up way too fast!!

Jaycee's 6th birthday is next weekend and she has a competition in Salt Lake so I am going to take her and Sissy down early and have a girls weekend and get our nails done, shop, and hit the hot tub at the Hotel! Will have to also take her out for a b-day dinner and have them sing to her!!!! It actually just hit me when I took my kids to the dentist for a check-up and cleaning (yes 4 cavities each.....YIKES!) and they informed me that Jaycee has her first loose tooth?!? I had to take one of those "holy crap.....I am getting old" mom moments! There is our Watts family update for now.

Cheer Competition!!!

Jaycers had her first competition and she did awesome............the took 1st place too! During her practices I usually run errands so I haven't seen the whole routine yet so it was kind of a surprise to me too. These "Tiny's" are REALLY good. They all had the tumbling down and even their lifts were done without error! Of course the crowd cheered the loudest for the littlest team! Jayc did her back kick over right on que and I was super impressed. She has a lot of ambition and it shows......sure do love this little fart.

Aunt Nickole and Danny were one of her supporters and treated her to a champion lunch after along with a new toy for winning the trophy(Nickole is her favorite aunt...do you understand why now?) Her daddy got her a rose for doing so good which made her feel super special. We are so proud of you Jaycee!!

Happy Halloween

This year I have a very cute angel, Christmas Belle, and a very irritated lady bug! We took them to a school carnival where they could play games in every classroom and also trick-or-treat. It was fun and inside.....very thankful for the warmth! Aynslee got her shots on Tuesday and is having a very hard time cutting some teeth and drooling nonstop(I have never had a baby take teething quite so hard), so she was under the weather and just wants her dad. I know right, I am up all night with her and she only wanted to snuggle with her daddy....I see how it is.

Spooky Fun

My husband dreads the whole pumpkin decorating part of Halloween, so he cheated this year and bought the silly faces to put on the pumpkins. It was a lot less messy and the girls really enjoyed it. Aynslee just kept pulling them back out of course but the teeny ones are hers!

My girlies LOVE chocolate (yes they inherited that from me) so for our little fun food activity we decided to do chocolate covered pretzels.

Disney Pics!

I have finally gotten around to posting some pics from our vacation. Sorry for the picture overload really...the girls absolutely loved the characters and filled their signature books this year! Aynslee was a trooper through and through, still took her naps, and pointed to almost everything because it amazed her so much to get to see so much. Sicilee surprised us all and went on a lot more BIGGER rides then she is use to! Her favorite was getting pics with all the villians. Jaycee never surprises us, and I went on the Tower of Terror this year and swear to never go on it again. Aynslee loved the beach and did NOT eat the sand, just played! She was afraid of all the characters except Mulan and she gave her a hug. This trip will never get boring for us! WE LOVE DISNEY LAND!
