Trouble at the Homestead

Don't let this picture fool you at all. She is cute, adorable, cuddly, polite, and gives the best kisses ever................................this is what I keep chanting to myself

terrible two's is just a phase, it will pass
terrible two's is just a phase, it will pass
terrible two's is just a phase, it will pass

It is my phrase of the month!!!!!!!! This girl has got attitude and is the biggest bully ever. Her and Sicilee go the rounds all day long. The tantrums and independence of this child are at a level even I am unaware could happen. We sure do love this little girl. My favorite lately is when we go to a public bathroom and I let her go first, then as I am finishing I get the "good job mom" with a high five and pound it. EVERYTIME. LOL Still taking naps......oh so grateful right now. And is my wart on my bum all day long. Does everything with me, shower, makeup, hair, lotion, toe painting, all the fun girlie stuff.

Aside from my 2 year old being 2
BOY HAS IT BEEN A LONG WEEK AT THE WATTS HOUSE!!!!!!!!!

A better explanation of the pics of my toughest Jaycers ever. It started out as me thinking a bad flu bug...............it just hasn't stopped for a week now. Just a fever, stomach pain, and a whole lot of vomiting (mixed in with sleepless nights) This poor girl by day 4 was so dehydrated that we had to go in for 2 days for an IV, followed by blood tests, x-rays, totaling about 5 trips to the doc in a week. Talk about a trooper though, every time they poked her she didn't even flinch. Actually I am pretty sure she does better than me with the needles :) So just when I thought maybe I would start getting sleep again.......this morning Jayc starts up with the vomiting, Sicilee has a bad cough mixed with an ear infection, and Aynslee woke up crying with the nasty croupy cough. As I laid there almost in tears already awake when the alarm went off , it is then I started a new chant:
I can do this, all moms do
I can do this, all moms do
I can do this, all moms do
LOL i am just exhausted!! To the point of having some serious unwanted, way too early contractions. Although it has been almost a whole week since I have had morning sickness and aside from lack of sleep I do seem to just barely be getting the second trimester energy:)
I had my ultrasound and I really think this last one is definitely going to be the "odd" man out child. All 3 first kids were grabbing and playing with their bums and had the hiccups, this one decides to grab her toes and suck on them. All 3 kids have been born on the 11th day of the month, most likely not for this one. Although it is the same exact due date as Jaycee had. I am just hoping to be home with my family for Christmas and not spending it in the hospital :)
My sister Halley and I have been having Sunday dinners lately and cooking things we crave. We came across a recipe for churros here are some questionable pics:

So basically teeny turds, sugar-coated turds, and boiling turds. We are now not craving churros for some odd reason!
My pregnant sisters and I are sharing the same brain without even knowing it. I had rescheduled my ultrasound 3 times (due to baseball) Nickole had hers from day 1 and Halley scheduled hers 2 weeks before she went in. We all ended up on the same day within an hour of each other. WEIRD. I cheated of course and am still clearly having a girl, Nickole is having another boy, and Halley is most likely having twin girls! All happy and healthy babies.
There is the Watts update and school starts in 1 day! Jaycee in 1st grade, Sissy in preschool, and JoJo to the sitter!

State+Regionals=I have a husband again!

The smell of fresh cut grass, hot dogs on the grill, and spittin' out seeds has just come to an end for the Bees. They sure did end well though! They took state, then we headed to Bozeman, MT for regionals. Last year they were out in 2 games....this year made it to game 14. We took a young team and they held their own the whole time :) It was a good way to end the season.

First game in we played the Alaska eskimos...that's right, my ancestors. I was actually confused on who to cheer for the first game (hehehe)

Daddy and his girls

Porter's biggest fan.........she cheers him on the whole game. "Go Porter" she says and claps! She will look back one day at this picture and know that she knows someone famous cuz this kid will make millions for his talent one day very soon.

Since the team has done so well this year, Joldy is getting tired of getting cold water dumped on him at the end of the games......so he turned on them and threw it at the boys instead......
then the boys grabbed the "fire hose" they use to water down the field and hosed him down good:)

In Bozeman there was a statue of a little boy with a baseball glove, when I lost her for a split second (weird, me lose a kid) I would always find her talking, hugging, and kissing this little statue.

And last is our water babies!!!! They got to go swimming like 2x a day and were loving every second.

We were able to spend some time with Joldy's high school baseball coach and family since they live in Bozeman. After 5 days of eating out....we had dinner and smores at their house for the last night there. We haven't seen them since Aynslee was born so it was good times:) But I seem to not have taken any pics while we were there, oooops.
Aside from Joldy heading to Chicago to meet Cal Ripken, that's right you heard me right, he is coming back on sunday..WHEW! I will have a husband again! My list of "honey do's" has gotten pretty long. Life can go back to a routine with the girls starting school and most important they will get to spend time with their daddy! I guess that means I will actually have to cook dinner now that he will be attending the dinner table:)
