Cheer Camp

Jaycee had cheer camp this last week and for the first time in her life I think that she was wore out!!! By the fourth day she crashed as soon as she got into the car. I am really impressed with this new cheerleading thing. It is like gymnastics, dance, and cheerleading all in one. There are girls her age that were in it last year that are doing back handsprings, flips, complete splits, the whole nine yards!!! She is really enjoying it and it is more fast pace than her dance so she soaks it all up and works super hard. We are proud of her!!

Jaycers being such a goof ball. There is a surprise at every turn with this child. She will get the best of me sooner or later! I hate her attitude now as her mother but I also know that it will take her far in life, so I have to remember the flip side to it (that is what I keep telling myself anyway)

Baseball lovin....lovin baseball!

BASEBALL, BASEBALL, BASEBALL. That pretty much sums up what our summer will be about and our little fam loves every minute of it. Just got back from a tourney in Utah and this pic is be trying to entertain my exhausted kiddos at a late night game with suckers. You got it Aynslee went wild over her sucker and would not let anyone near it once I gave it to her. She was eating the grass stuck to her hands too!!

Thought that I would just throw in a pic of my man in uniform, what a hottie!!!

Jo Jo finding entertainment in the stands while soaking up the little sun that was there.

Jaycee and Sicilee ran free and I hardly saw them during the games.

There was a little "Price, Utah" flashback and we ran into some old friends. Here is a pic of good ol' Wad who is now married and has lost a lot of weight since his college years. He was impressed with the clan of girlies we have created!

My kids just can't get enough of the pool time! Although scary bad mom of the year moment, Jaycee almost drown. Seriously I think I will have nightmares for years. Water......biggest mom fear. Jayc was pulling herself along the side of the pool and she had done it for 2 days and some of the players moms came in and started talking to me. I was chatting away and took my eyes off her for like 1 second and Joldy yelled her name. I look up and she was kicking as hard as she could and I could only see from her eyes up. I jumped up and scooped her out of the water and she sat there and threw up water for some time. SCARY SCARY SCARY! She still has a hole in her ear from her tubes so I can't put her in swimming lessons yet. But we did make a deal that she will always wear a life jacket or little water weanies on her arms because I think it scared her just as bad. I really think that my heart didn't slow down for at least 24 hours. Whew, close call!
I promise that one of these times I will quit having "bad mom moments" because I am seeing a pattern when I blog!

For the love.......

I am the biggest slacker ever, I can't even find time to blog. So here is a little update........

Nickole took my kiddos to the little carnival in the Fred Meyer parkinglot. They had crazy fun!!
Joldy just had his 27th birthday and we were so excited to just stay home, eat pizza, and hang out as a family. Pretty rare these days so we took advantage!

My cute little Jo Jo who won't wear headbands but will keep a cap on all day!! She looks just like her daddy.......it is pathetic!

She won't let me feed her anything she has to be a big girl so most of the time it is from the highchair straight to the sink for a bath.

My little weed turns 1 here in a month and is so close to walking. She stands by herself all the time and her personality is blooming every day. She now says uh-oh and ow! She thinks she is pretty cool. The two older ones have figured out that the whole neighborhood is their age and they met many new friends. They just disappear and play all day....well when we are not at a baseball game! Joldy's team is doing well, I think they won the first 8 games straight up until this last tournament. They played through all the rain and came out 3rd. Sitting in the stands with cold children was a little difficult. I watch my sisters little boy Roman on Thursdays and he tags along. He just plays in the mud and gets dirty from head to toe and I send him home in little girl pj's:) He is the easiest kid ever to babysit, no drama like my girlies! I keep saying to people is this what it is like to have boys.....this is easy!!!!
